Rabia Ersoy completed her undergraduate studies at Istanbul University Faculty of Law between 2012 and 2016. Following her legal internship, she began working as a research assistant in 2018 at Ankara University Faculty of Law, Department of Administrative Law. She completed her master’s thesis titled "The Organization, Duties, and Operational Scope of the Gendarmerie" under the supervision of Associate Professor Dr. M. Ayhan Tekinsoy at Ankara Social Sciences Institute.

After starting her doctoral studies, she presented papers and reports on topics she has long been interested in, such as food safety and climate change, at various symposiums. She is currently working on her doctoral dissertation titled "The Legal Regime for the Inspection of Food Products" under the supervision of Professor Dr. Ali Ulusoy at Ankara University Social Sciences Institute.

To conduct a comparative study of her research with German law, she has been accepted into the Food Law Chair at Bayreuth University. She will continue her studies in Germany with support from TÜBİTAK's Doctoral Research Scholarship.
